The setting is particularly good, near to the railway, central Lynton and Valley of the Rocks, domestic area. The breakfast with granola and the home made jams is enjoyable for what is offered.

Great location, spacious room with balcony
We recently stayed at a B&B in a beautiful coastal town and had a lovely time. The B&B was in a great location, just a short walk to all the local shops, restaurants and attractions. Our room was spacious and had an amazing balcony where we could sit and enjoy the view. The room also had tea and coffee facilities and some lovely sweet treats for us to enjoy.
While we enjoyed our stay overall, there were a few things that could have been better. The breakfast options were limited, which was a shame as we would have liked to have tried a wider variety of local produce.

The owners, Jane and Charlie, were incredibly welcoming and made us feel right at home. Our room was immaculately clean and the bed was so comfortable. The en-suite bathroom was fabulous, and the view from the balcony was absolutely stunning. We enjoyed sipping a glass of wine while taking in the beautiful scenery. The breakfast was a true delight. Not only did they accommodate my gluten-free diet without any issues, but the selection of fruits, cereals, and cooked breakfast options was outstanding. We also loved the camaraderie at breakfast, sharing stories and tips with fellow guests. Lastly, we have to mention Peanuts, the adorable spaniel who made our stay even more enjoyable.
We highly recommend this place to family and friends.
